Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery from the “My Orders” page, with photographs of the item as received.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
No return policy for jewellery: jewellery and any item marked “No Return Item” cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1 business day.
